Juliet Iris Kiellini
–
Oswald hurriedly caught Count Valerian, who was about to leave after Killian quickly disappeared with the knights.
“What did His Highness just say?”
“I don't know.
I'm just doing what he told me to do.
You two, please return to the castle as soon as possible.”
As Count Valeriano also disappeared, raising dust, Oswald swore as he abandoned his usual elegant demeanor.
“How did I end up here… but I have to go back to the castle without a day of rest?
I can’t, I can’t.”
Adam spoke to Oswald, ordering a servant to bring his horse.
“If I get to the castle, I would like to send you a carriage, but I think His Highness will feel worse if he doesn't see you there.
Why don’t you just ride after me?”
“Do you want me to go behind a man’s back in an unpleasant way?”
As Oswald waved his scarf like a madman, Adam shrugged.
“Then come on your own.
Your horse is as gentle as a horse ridden by noble ladies, so he will lead you safely on your way.”
Oswald took care of Adam, who disappeared without asking twice, and gritted his teeth furiously.
“If she wanted to run away, she should have left tomorrow!
I have to use my unused muscles again with no time to rest.
I won’t even be able to get up tomorrow.”

Thomas, the servant, extended the hood to Juliet, who was smiling with her colorful blonde hair exposed.
“Put it on.”
The carriage arrived at the gate at the same time that Juliet delicately put on her hood.
“Your Excellency, where are you going?” The captain of the guard at the gate greeted the duke with friendly words.
“I’m going to buy a gift for my daughter.”
After peeking inside the carriage, the guard captain said, “Have a safe journey,” after confirming that everything was fine.
The carriage safely escaped the castle and traveled for a long time outside before stopping at a quiet place.
There was a row of very large mansions in the quiet and deserted neighborhood, as if it was home to rich commoners.
“Go around this building and go to the second house with the blue roof on the left.
If you just tell a woman I sent you and show her what you're like, she'll take care of you, even if you don't say anything.
Be careful not to reveal yourself as much as possible until you leave Bertino.
After being fully educated as Princess Kiellini for two months, you will make your debut on Iris' coming of age day.”
Duke Kiellini turned his head out the window when he said it was Iris' coming of age day.
Juliet was sad and scared by the look and ran out of the carriage.
She seemed to be the person the Duke hated most now.
After saying goodbye to him silently, she walked around the building with the narrow and dark alleys, walked to the side of the avenue as she was told, and could see a house covered with a blue roof.
Knock knock knock…
While Juliet was nervous about the order to avoid being seen as much as possible and raised her hand to knock on the door again, the door opened silently from the inside.
When a woman with silver hair and a sharp figure looked at her silently, Juliet introduced herself as Duke Kiellini had told her.
“Duke Kiellini sent me.
My name is Julie…”
A skinny hand grabbed Juliet's arm, as she was trying to remove her hood, and pulled her into the house.
The woman closed the door in a hurry.
“Take off your hood.”
With a cold voice, her blonde hair was revealed as Juliet took off her hood.
The inside of the dark house glowed as if a light had been turned on.
The woman looked closely at the stunning figure and finally opened her mouth.
“I am Marquise Raban.
Duke Kiellini is my brother.
Originally, I was supposed to prepare for Iris's social debut and accompany her.”
The woman's strict voice seemed to indicate that Iris was sick because of her.
The woman looked at her and burst into laughter as the defiant Juliet glared at her coldly.
“At least you have a strong enough spirit to play a fake princess.
But you'll have to keep in mind that you're a fake anyway and that you can't be real, and you can't even decide that you want to be real.
If you love your life, don’t have that kind of heart now or later.”At Marquise Raban's words, Juliet shrugged her shoulders as usual.
“I don’t want that kind of tiring work.
I just want to go live somewhere where no one will recognize me when I run out of the funds His Excellency promised me.”
With Juliet's response, Mrs.
Raban smiled dryly.
“I'm glad you understand who you are.
Always make sure you don’t forget what you think now.”
Juliet smiled radiantly at the woman who warned her with a lifeless face.
“Madam, do you know why I, born a bastard, was able to survive without a guardian in a theater where I lost my parents when I was young?”
Mrs.
Raban looked on silently, waiting for the beautiful and dazzling girl's response, like an angel who descended from heaven.
“It’s because I know myself.
So don't worry about it.
I will do enough of what has been entrusted to me with the payment I will receive.
I don’t want to do anything more than that, I have no intention of anything else.”

“There is no sign of her leaving the gate.”
Adam impressed as if it couldn't be true.
Upon returning from the hunting camp, the captain of the guard was called before the prince and wanted to hide while he reported what had been confirmed throughout the afternoon.
He didn't know what kind of mistake he had made, but he hadn't seen the maiden the prince was looking for so seriously and he couldn't help but feel uncomfortable.
As the expression of Killian who thought he could find her quickly became more violent with time, Oswald approached the guard captain and whispered, "Is it true that you have completely searched all the gates that are connected to the outside?"
“Yes, Your Excellency.
I have made a thorough search of the castle and town under Sir Albert's orders and have checked the list of people who have come and gone since this morning.”
“And she still hasn’t been found?”
“Yes, that's why I'm embarrassed.
I increased security at the gates and went all the way out of the capital, and looked at all the places the maid could stay, including accommodations and restaurants, but there is no sign of her.”
After watching the two whispering for so long, Killian called out to the guard captain, “I'm going to ask you different questions.
Tell me who left the castle today, regardless of their status.”
Even more nervous about the prince's frightening expression, the captain of the guard wiped his sweaty hands with his pants and took a list from his pocket.
“The men who left the castle today were Your Highness, Marquis Oswald, Count Adam, Sir Lantern who was accompanying…”
“Stop!
Except for those who went to the hunting field.” Killian put the brakes on the inflexible security captain's reports.
“Oh yes.
Therefore, except for Your Highness's group that went hunting, there was only one maid in the outer castle, two guards, three servants in charge of shopping, Duke Kiellini and Count Valerian.
As soon as he discovered that the maid was missing, Sir Albert ordered me to close the gates, so that no one has come or gone since.”
Killian was lost in thought for a moment and opened his mouth.
“Link people to all of them.
Did someone you have never seen come out with a group, among those who left the castle?”
When Killian asked, the guard captain responded after pondering, “From the entrance of the servants and maids, people left without carriages, so there was no one other than those who were identified.
The knights left, and there was a manservant and a maidservant in Duke Kiellini's carriage.
As they were His Excellency’s group, I did not identify them separately.”
