Juliet Iris Kiellini

Bang!
The sound of a gun going off in the forest sent the birds in the trees flying in unison.
Killian fired a hunting rifle into the air to reunite the scattered group.
Killian and his group were doing a preliminary inspection around the field while visiting the forest where a hunting competition was going to be held.
“It’s for light entertainment, so I think that much preparation would be enough,” praised Killian, the person in charge of the hunting competition, and transported his horse to the tent to rest.
Adam waited to greet a group of people who returned with a guest list.
“It looks like it’s going to be bigger than last year.”
“We can’t help it, uninvited guests are rushing in as they promised,” Killian replied disapprovingly and jumped off the back of a giant horse that was still in a state of excitement after running through the forest for a long time.
The deer that the knights took for trial were brought and displayed in front of the tent.
“I don’t like this senseless way of swarming and killing animals.” Oswald placed a handkerchief sprayed with perfume on his nose to avoid the faint smell of blood and managed to get off the horse with the help of a rider while complaining.
He was afraid to get the forest floor in his shoes, it got damp and stuffy from the rain that fell in the morning, and he managed to get into the tent unharmed.
Observing her boisterous behavior with a smile, Killian took off his hunting gloves and ordered a servant to bring tea.
Inside the tent, which was covered with fur from a black leopard captured three years ago, a chair with green silk upholstery and an ivory marble table were placed, along with a cabinet with jewelry ornaments on one side.
Oswald was relieved to see the familiar objects and sat down across from Killian and Adam.
Adam made envious comments to Oswald, who had learned from Sir Albert to wipe his sweat with a lace handkerchief and prepare a finger bowl, a small bowl of water to clean his fingers.
Oswald deliberately waved his handkerchief at Count Adam and grumbled, “Then you should have remained in the castle, but why did you insist on following us?”
“I prefer a hunting ground to dealing with Lady Anais, and I want to give Count Valerian some comfort.” Oswald washed his hands in the finger bowl the servant had prepared and then raised them gracefully to imitate a toast.
Ian, who had taken on the position of a servant to Killian temporarily, hurriedly prepared the tea and placed it in front of the master, but Killian was startled after he took a sip of the slightly bitter Duren tea.
Oswald and Adam grumbled, but they also tasted the tea.
“Oh!
The tea tastes better today, and Ian wants to be promoted to your servant.”
At Oswald's praise, Ian responded cautiously, pouring tea, “No, sir.
How dare I covet His Highness’ servant position.
You ran on your horse and came here, and you feel that the tea tastes better.”
Ian was a distant relative of Albert and started working last year.
The young man had turned nineteen that year and had been serving the prince since dinner on the first day of his arrival in Bertino, but it was the first time Killian had looked at him up close, as he was apparently quiet.
Ian's tea boiling skill was incomparable to the tea that Jeff and Juliet had made.
Killian began to closely observe the servant who calmly responded to Oswald's raucous praise and took a step back.
“You should be more careful when hiring people these days.
Wouldn’t it be better than hiring a new servant?”
Adam realized Killian's intentions and spoke quietly, "Should Oswald take a look at him?"
Killian nodded to Oswald after being asked if he would look into Ian's background.
“That’s how Jeff’s position is lost.” Oswald shook his head as if sorry.
“No, Jeff's position remains the same.
However, unlike before, he will be under surveillance.”
“You also think it was made by Baroness Lanolf.” Adam nodded as he accepted the words about the person who slandered Juliet behind the scenes.
“We must trace it to the end, whether it was planned or driven by greed.”It was even scarier to see her smile as she gracefully drank the tea, so Oswald prayed in advance for Baroness Lanolf's repose.
“When I return to the castle, I will give Juliet a direct official assignment as a concubine.”
“Your Highness!”
Adam opened his mouth to protest, but Killian's right hand shot up as if to stop him.
“I will never let any danger fall to the safety of the maid and people around me again.
Adam and Oswald stood up and welcomed Killian's formal declaration.
“Your Highness, have you finally made up your mind?
This Oswald will do his best to help you wear the golden crown.”
“It’s the happiest day of my life.
Of course, I’m sure happier days will come.”
Killian received the bows from the two loyal companions and ordered them to stand.
“I believe there will be no less danger in Juliet’s future.”
“Of course, Your Highness.”
“Of course, Your Highness.
We will prepare a wedding ceremony as soon as we return to the castle.”
It was time for Killian to laugh satisfactorily at the answer.
The voice of Count Valerian, who was supposed to be dealing with the marquis in the castle, was heard outside.
“Your Highness, it’s Charles.
I have something urgent to say.
Can I come in?”
The eyes of the three met.
“Don’t tell me, has Prince Francis arrived yet?” Oswald muttered unhappily.
“Until we left the castle, there was no news that the Prince and his party had entered Ricaren castle.
He may have entered the castle rudely, without contact.”
Adam also frowned and disapproved.
“I'm going to see what's going on.
Come in.”
With Killian's permission, Charles entered, flapping his cape.
“Charles Ebert Valerian sees Your Highness.”
“All right.
Say what you want.”
Killian hurried Count Valerian, who regarded him courteously.
“Your Highness, this is a message from Sir Albert.
It says that the maid Juliet disappeared from the castle.
After he handed her her order, she completely disappeared.”
Boom!
At Count Valerian's words, Killian jumped up, slamming the table.
“Do you think she was kidnapped by a group of people plotting?”
At Killian's urgent words, Valerian's expression hardened slightly in embarrassment.
“The maid’s personal belongings disappeared with her.
I don’t think it’s kidnapping.”
Killian, wearing a cloak and gloves given by Ian, ran to the entrance of the tent, stopped and looked at the count.
“Are your belongings gone?”
“Yes your Majesty.”
When Valerian bowed his head in a very grateful manner, Killian's expression loosened a little.
“She ran away.”
“Run away?
Why the hell?”
Killian thought for a moment, tapping his horse spur boots.
“My stray cat doesn’t seem to like his newly prepared cage.”
‘Huh, she turned down the courtship of the most popular and handsome man in Austern and the Principality of Bertino.’
As Oswald unknowingly muttered a sad sound, Adam's face lit up.
“Oh that’s too bad.”
“Adam, wipe the smile off your mouth and say what you mean.”
At Killian's words, Adam quickly changed his face.
“Valerian, close the castle gates and send a man to the border.
Did anyone see her leave the castle?”
“We thoroughly questioned the guards at the main and back gates of the castle and the entrance of the servants and maids, but no one saw her escape.
She should have been noticed by someone.”
At Valerian's words, Killian left the tent and climbed onto the prepared horse, saying:
“I want you to investigate again.
Find a thin woman with red hair, not the usual fat figure.
Search the entire capital and find her tonight.
Let’s go back to the castle.”
