“Den!” Ilyin gasped breathlessly.
In the brief moment their lips parted, Ilyin's voice danced around them both.
"Yes?" Aden smiled a devilish smile.
Aden was well aware of what he was doing and the effect it had on Ilyin and he took advantage of her confused mind and leaned in to attack her with another passionate kiss.
Aden's tongue explored Ilyin's lips and teased them to the point that Ilyin closed them in shame.
The shameless kiss was so intense it almost seemed sinful, Ilyin protested in vain before finally giving in to the pleasure.
“Den.” Ilyin's voice was shaky as they slowly separated.
The lack of breath in Ilyin's voice was a big indication his trembling voice contained a strong mix of emotions, it was an embarrassment that Aden could easily detect through his flushed cheeks and avoiding gazes.
Aden was satisfied with just that, he had no intention of provoking her further in any way.
It was this shy and innocent side of Ilyin that was Aden's favorite and he wanted to keep everything to himself.
“Let’s continue this when we get back to the mansion,” Aden whispered to her with a mischievous smile playing on his lips.
He laughed, his breathing came out ragged too.
This made Ilyin blush even more, it was making his mind fuzzy.
“Do I look like someone who wouldn’t keep their promise?” Aden looked at her as he loaded her into the carriage.
Ilyin shook his head as he sat her down in a comfortable chair.
“No way,” she said.
“So, do you feel a little safe?”
There was nothing more she could do about it.
Ilyin still felt uncomfortable, but as Aden said he wasn't someone who didn't keep his promises.
Ilyin ended up agreeing in the end.
“Shall we go then?” Aden waved his hand away.
At his signal, Etra climbed into the carriage.
In the driver's seat was Idith, who became the driver for the day, it was just the four of them in the carriage.
Thum!
That was the moment Ilyin's prediction began.
***
Aden kept the window open.
Even though he couldn't see what was behind the carriage from the inside, keeping the window open allowed sound to enter the carriage to warn them if necessary.
The cold night air slowly filled the silent carriage.
‘A mobile.’
Ilyin told Aden that for a dream to be a prediction, the mobile had to appear.
As the prediction ability was transmitted by the viscountess, it was difficult not to relate the mobile with the prediction ability.
Of all things, what bothered Aden the most was that when the light shone on the mobile, it reflected the same purple light that was emitted from Blue North's fabric.
Aden turned his gaze out the window and squinted.
He could clearly hear the sound of people approaching and it bothered him, it seemed to be a little less than ten.
The sound could be heard from all directions.
Aden calmly watched the few galloping horses approaching.
Aden's vision was better than most people would probably imagine.
The sight of the person who had to fight in the middle of a snowstorm, where it was difficult to even distinguish the earth from the sky, was something incomparable.
“Ilyin,” Aden grabbed Ilyin’s nervous hands.
He noticed that her hands were quite cold.
“Are they coming?” she asked carefully, she would be lying if she said she wasn't nervous.
Aden stood up and said:
“In the dream, were we riding the same horse?”
Ilyin nodded slightly.
“I see,” Aden paused to think, “I think we should prepare.”
At his words, Etra stood up.
At that moment, as if the carriage hit a rock, it swayed heavily, but Ilyin was the only one who lost her balance.
Ilyin gasped as Aden quickly grabbed her before she could fall.
During all of this, Etra opened a hatch under the chair.
Ilyin's eyes widened because she didn't realize there was a drawer there.
In the small compartment were an assortment of various small weapons such as knives and daggers.
“Madam, please take this.” Etra handed Ilyin a small, familiar-looking dagger.
Ilyin immediately raised his hand to stop her.
“I think you should use it, Etra,” she said as she remembered how Etra was using this dagger in the dream.
At his words, Etra's eyes widened for a moment, as if asking how she knew, but it was only for a moment, this was Ilyin.
There was no point trying to hide anything from someone who could see the future.
“Ilyin, one moment.”
Aden lifted Ilyin who was leaning against the wall towards the driver and moved her to where he was sitting, he then knocked on the divider that separated the driver from them.
The carriage was designed so that there was a window between the driver and passenger seats.
Idith, who was in the driver's seat, looked back when she heard the sound of Aden crashing.
No words were exchanged other than a nod from Aden, but Idith seemed to understand.
Aden then began to draw his sword.
‘What is he doing?’ Ilyin couldn’t help but wonder.
Aden looked at the carriage again, he had faith that Idith would be fine alone, but he had to be careful not to hurt Ilyin.
Aden cleared his throat and said:
“So, excuse me for a moment.”
Upon finishing his observation, Aden did not hesitate as he raised his sword and struck the wall with full force.
Thum!
His strength was enough.
Ilyin gasped as his shoulders shrank.
There was almost no debris flying towards him.
Etra, who was covering Ilyin with her body and brushed away the small dust particles from Ilyin's clothes.
After Aden's swing, the front of the carriage collapsed and there was now a hole big enough for a person to fit through.
Such a strong wind blew that it seemed as if the three of them would be blown away by the wind.
