Flowers Are Bait

So Lee-yeon, a tree doctor, witnesses a murder scene where Kwon Chae-woo is burying a body alive. He tries to kill her, but ends up in a coma for two years. So Lee-yeon secretly cares for him at Spruce Hospital, hoping he never wakes up. When he unexpectedly awakens with amnesia, she lies and tells him she is his wife to survive and keep an eye on him.
